Unique House - Private Spa&Pool -Stayinseville was chosen by my director for our business trip to Seville, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The wellness facilities were truly impressive. The private spa had a wide range of options, from a large jacuzzi to a sauna, providing a perfect relaxation after a long day of work. The pool was also a great addition, offering a refreshing swim in a serene setting. the wellness amenities were top-notch, ensuring a rejuvenating stay.

Loved having my own private spa and pool, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen was great, although the fridge needed a bit of cleaning. a fantastic stay.
Just a minor inconvenience, the fridge could have used some extra attention.

The room was amazing! It had a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave, making it convenient for preparing meals. Plus, having a washing machine was a game changer for a solo traveler like me. I also appreciated the safety deposit box for storing my valuable belongings. The private bathroom was luxurious with bathrobes and slippers, making me feel pampered.
The balcony in the villa was a bit small for my liking, but I understand that others may still find it enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Unique House. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to all the main attractions. The house itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and ensuites. The pool was a great addition, and we also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the basement spa. The owner, Boris, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Unique House.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I keep coming back as it suits me perfectly. I always remember their helpful staff who gave great restaurant recommendations. The place has everything I need – Wi-Fi, AC, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. It's a business trip must!
